6P Hydroponic Tower Greenhouse Project in Tropical Mauritius

We are pleased to share a successful greenhouse project from Mauritius, where customer W has achieved stable and efficient production of lettuce and various leafy greens using our customized 6P hydroponic tower system.

Before installation, we carried out a detailed planning process based on the customer’s greenhouse dimensions, layout, and available height. According to the structure of the site, we customized the most suitable number of growing layers and system configuration, ensuring the hydroponic towers perfectly matched the greenhouse environment. This tailored design allows for optimized space utilization, improved operational convenience, and better long-term commercial growing performance.

Mauritius has a warm climate with abundant sunlight throughout the year, which provides favorable conditions for greenhouse farming. However, traditional soil cultivation still faces challenges such as high water consumption, labor-intensive management, and pest risks. To improve efficiency, the customer chose to implement a vertical hydroponic tower system for more stable and productive cultivation.

The 6P hydroponic tower features a vertical growing structure that significantly increases planting density without expanding floor space. This makes it highly suitable for commercial greenhouse production. The recirculating irrigation system continuously delivers water and nutrients to plant roots, helping reduce water usage while minimizing daily maintenance and improving overall growing efficiency.In this customized project, the customer mainly grows lettuce and other leafy vegetables. The soilless growing environment helps reduce contamination risks and ensures cleaner, more consistent crop production. Plants also absorb nutrients more efficiently, resulting in uniform growth and stable crop quality.

In addition, the modular design of the 6P hydroponic tower allows flexible expansion based on future greenhouse development. The system is equipped with a stable water pump and oxygenation design, ensuring healthy root development and reliable operation even under high temperature and strong sunlight conditions.

This case highlights the strong adaptability of hydroponic tower systems in greenhouse agriculture and demonstrates how customized vertical farming solutions can significantly improve space efficiency and commercial production performance.
