Design Department
The design department is responsible for collecting customer requirements in early stage of the project, matching appropriate equipment and technology; planning and formulating a complete solution; According to local site conditions,first designing layout for clients reference, then make 3D drawing for clients final confirmation, and finish complete detail construction and installation drawings of project; responsible for the entire project Edit and sort out the equipment list; summarize the technical information involved in the plan and synchronize it to the R&D department and production workshop.

R&D department
Lyine R&D department is responsible for research, development and management of the projects. According to customer's requirements and the project design engineer plan, Final determine the mature solution and implement the plan within 2 working days, meanwhile ,and notify production department manager to produce high quality good.

After-sales department
The after-sales department of Lyine Group communicates with the other department, answers various questions operation and planting from customers, and concludes transactions; communicates with customers in the later stage and is responsible for the after-sales service of the product; the installation engineer is responsible for the online installation and on-site installation of the project as needed. Ensure that the system works stable; guide customers to have a thorough understanding and skillful operation of the entire system.
