When we first contacted the customer, he is interested in our hydroponic tower and wanted to know more details and price information. The customer is a customer from Belgium, so he hopes to not only sell hydroponic equipment in the Japanese market, but also hope to enter the European market at the same time. After half a year of consideration and investigation, the customer finally decided to purchase hydroponic towers for testing at both his addresses in Belgium and Japan out of trust in the product quality and price matching.
Now that customers have received our hydroponic tower products, we look forward to customer feedback and further business cooperation plans. The 6p8+12p4 chosen by the customer is our new hydroponic tower. These include 4 high-density towers that can be used to raise seedlings and grow small leafy greens. And the 8-story standard tower is suitable for growing a variety of different vegetable varieties and can meet the needs of family planting. So it has an advantage in the distribution market.

1. The customer sent an inquiry about the hydroponic tower system. The customer is also interested in the multi-layer NFT system with LED lights. He wants to grow leafy vegetables, strawberries, cucumbers, peppers, etc.; at that time, we communicated with the customer and found that our LED lights are more suitable for growing leafy vegetables. We can also customize special strawberry lights. The higher LUX value can help strawberries grow better, so we sent a lot of details to the customer for confirmation;

Next, the customer confirmed the order quantity, 2 sets of tower systems and 1 set of multi-layer NFT systems, but the size of the multi-layer NFT system did not match the size required by the customer, so we provided the customer with a customized product and gave a price; the customer has always emphasized that this is just a test product. The customer's ultimate idea is to do an indoor hydroponic project in his own restaurant, so the customer has high requirements for product quality and LED light quality. The customer has no doubts about the product price, but only has requirements for product quality. So we checked the freight for the customer. After checking the freight, the customer asked for a formal invoice and then confirmed the order.

3. After payment, we will make a delivery note based on the content communicated with the customer, and the factory will start production. After production is completed, we will send pictures and videos to the customer for confirmation. After confirmation, the customer will be loaded and shipped, and we will provide after-sales installation guidance, etc.

On May 24th, 2023，our customer from the Philippines arrived at our company as scheduled. Accompanied by our staff, the Philippine customer visited our hydroponic planting aera and went to our hydroponic factory for detailed understanding, and then communicated with our staff about hydroponic system and greenhouse and other related issues.

The customer is a 46 years old company from the Philippines, which is mainly engaged in building materials and home shopping malls. In addition, the customer has a farm under their company and wants to build a greenhouse project, our company also has good experience in building hydroponic projects, so they came to China for an in-depth investigation.

The total area of the exhibition is 20,000 square meters, and exhibitors come from all over the world.
