Ebb and Flow Hydroponic System Boosts Seedling Efficiency in Saudi Arabia

Ali, a client in Saudi Arabia, is building a vegetable nursery project and wants to improve the nursery rate through modern agricultural technology in the hot and arid climate of Saudi Arabia, and at the same time increase the yield as much as possible in the limited greenhouse space. We recommended the EBB and Flow Table hydroponic system as the core solution for the client's greenhouse seedling program.

While traditional seedling growing methods consume a lot of water and have a limited yield, hydroponics, especially the ebb and flow hydroponic system, is not only soil-independent and has a high recycling rate of water and fertilizer, but also improves the germination rate of seeds and survival rate of seedlings through precise control of the irrigation cycle.

This hydroponic system is a multi-storey structure that makes full use of the vertical space of the greenhouse. We customized the three-dimensional ebb and flow hydroponic system according to the size of Ali's greenhouse, including multiple sets of removable trays, metal frame supports and an automatic irrigation system.

Upon receipt of the product, we provided detailed installation instructions and technical support, and Ali was the first to report satisfaction when the hydroponic system was up and running. Ali is now planning to use the ebb and flow hydroponic system in other commercial greenhouses for mass production of vegetables, herbs and leafy vegetables.
