Commercial NFT Hydroponic System for Greenhouse Growing in Germany

A customer from Germany planned to start a greenhouse growing project and wanted to test a reliable hydroponic growing system before making a larger investment. At this early stage, the customer was looking for a solution that was easy to manage, practical to operate, and suitable for evaluating real growing results.

Based on the project requirements, we recommended a 4-meter A Type NFT hydroponic system. Compared with traditional soil growing, NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) delivers a continuous flow of nutrient solution to the plant roots, helping reduce water use while providing a clean and efficient growing environment.

The A Type structure also makes good use of greenhouse space, provides a practical planting capacity, and allows easier access for daily management and harvesting. This makes it a suitable choice for greenhouse testing projects where simplicity and cost control are important.

To improve nutrient management, the customer also selected an automatic nutrient dosing system. It helps maintain more stable EC and pH levels, reducing manual nutrient adjustment and making the test results more consistent.

The customer finally ordered five sets of 4-meter A Type NFT hydroponic systems with the automatic nutrient dosing system for the greenhouse pilot project. The setup allows the customer to test crop growth and system operation in a real greenhouse environment while keeping the initial investment at a reasonable level.

Starting with a practical hydroponic test system allows growers to validate the growing method first and build reliable data for future commercial expansion.
