With the growing market demand for high-quality, premium-tasting, and fresher vegetables, the client plans to allocate an indoor space within their existing traditional farm to test hydroponic growing systems as a new complementary model. This initiative aims to align with market needs while reducing the impact of climate and seasonal variations on yield.
During preliminary discussions, the client expressed strong interest in tower-type hydroponic systems for commercial use. Based on commercial yield requirements, we initially recommended the 6P15 hydroponic tower. However, after confirming the indoor ceiling height at the client's farm, we found the space was too low. We therefore adjusted the proposal and recommended the more suitable 6P10 hydroponic tower system. Simultaneously, we presented multiple proven hydroponic farm case studies to help the client visualize the layout, yield performance, and management model of hydroponic towers in actual farm operations.
The 6P10 Hydroponic Tower features a vertical planting structure with a small footprint, providing 60 planting positions. This enables high-density planting in limited farm space, boosting vegetable yields for commercial farms. Equipped with an automated recirculating irrigation system, it delivers consistent water and nutrients to plants, reducing manual intervention and improving management efficiency. This results in healthier, more uniform vegetable growth. The Hydroponic Tower supports a broad range of crops, suitable for growing various hydroponic vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, arugula, kale, and other leafy greens. It can also be used to grow herbs alongside fruiting crops like cucumbers, strawberries, and tomatoes, diversifying the farm's product portfolio.
In parts of Mexico, the hot climate and pronounced seasonal variations make traditional soil-based farming vulnerable to high temperatures, drought, or pest infestations. Hydroponic agriculture, however, enables stable production in a controlled indoor environment. Not only is it water-efficient and highly productive, but it also improves vegetable quality, making it an increasingly important trend in the local agricultural transformation.
The client also emphasized future scalability for the hydroponic system. Should they expand their hydroponic farm, our vertical hydroponic towers can be seamlessly integrated into a centralized nutrient solution system for unified liquid supply and recirculation management. With proper planning, all towers can operate simultaneously under a single irrigation system. This approach significantly reduces management costs per tower while facilitating consistent EC and pH value maintenance—ideal for the long-term operation of commercial hydroponic farms.
Ultimately, the client decided to initially purchase 6 sets of 6P10 hydroponic towers for testing. They will evaluate the system's stability, yield performance, and market acceptance through actual cultivation results. Successful initial trials will further strengthen their confidence in establishing a complete column hydroponic farm. We will continue to provide ongoing technical support, product upgrade recommendations, and long-term service to help them smoothly advance their hydroponic agriculture project.
