Lyine provides custom manufactured hydroponic system solutions and services
A customer from the United States contacted us with plans to establish a demonstration farm at a community center, focusing on growing lettuce, kale, spinach, basil, and small tomatoes. The goal was to supply fresh vegetables to local residents and nearby restaurants. During the search for a suitable growing solution, they discovered our vertical hydroponic tower system. The system, which combines efficient cultivation and sustainability, impressed the customer greatly.
Through detailed communication, we learned that the client was particularly interested in the scalability of the hydroponic system for community-based farming, its yield performance, and the ease of operation. Based on these requirements, we recommended our 4P6 Hydroponic Tower system.
The 4P6 Hydroponic Tower features a 6-tier design with a total of 24 planting positions, effectively saving space and meeting the needs of small-scale agricultural projects. It is equipped with an energy-efficient recirculating water pump, which uses very little water per day. Compared to soil-based farming, it saves up to 90% of water, aligning with modern agricultural practices that prioritize water conservation.
The system is made from food-grade PP material, which is both safe and durable, ensuring a stable and secure growing environment suitable for commercial vegetable cultivation. For growers with little agricultural experience, the hydroponic tower system is easy to operate and maintain, making it an excellent choice for beginners. In addition to the product, the customer was particularly concerned about logistics and after-sales support. We provided a fast shipping solution tailored to the North American market to ensure timely delivery. We also committed to offering a one-year warranty and ongoing technical support to help the client successfully launch their project.
The client is currently finalizing the shipping details and intends to place a trial order for a batch of 4P6 vertical hydroponic towers for market testing. If everything goes smoothly, the first batch of orders will be completed shortly.
