U.S. customer greenhouse with NFT hydroponics system

The U.S. client has been using the hydroponic tower system for growing vegetables for a long time, but as the demand for vegetable production increases, the planting capacity of the hydroponic tower can no longer be satisfied. The customer wants to introduce more efficient and intensive hydroponic growing equipment for use in greenhouses, which can effectively increase planting density and improve yield.

Based on the customer's needs, we provided a complete NFT hydroponic system solution, including planting baskets, planting sheaves, racks, NFT piping, irrigation systems, and water recycling and reuse systems.

The modular design of the NFT system simplifies the installation process, and the multi-layer structure significantly improves the utilization of greenhouse growing space. The automated management of the irrigation system significantly reduces the customer's daily maintenance pressure, and the NFT system is suitable for growing leafy greens, strawberries and other high-value-added crops, and is suitable for commercial greenhouses of a certain scale.

After showing the successful cases of related projects and product details, the customer showed great interest in our products and was satisfied with the performance of the equipment. At present, the customer plans to purchase samples for trial first, so as to evaluate the actual effect of the system.
