If the planting test is good, he will try to change the greenhouse soil culture to hydroponic cultivation.The customer's idea is very good. Our towers are very suitable for greenhouse planting. Its advantage is that it can effectively utilize the vertical planting space according to the height of the greenhouse, the planting quantity increases a lot, and the growth cycle is also short. And hydroponics is very suitable for water-scarce countries. It can provide fresh vegetables around, and the planting and transportation costs are much lower than imports from other countries.


After communication, the customer happily purchased 6P10 vertical towers system in greenhouse. The products are currently running well after our training guidance.

1. The customer sent an inquiry about the hydroponic tower system. The customer is also interested in the multi-layer NFT system with LED lights. He wants to grow leafy vegetables, strawberries, cucumbers, peppers, etc.; at that time, we communicated with the customer and found that our LED lights are more suitable for growing leafy vegetables. We can also customize special strawberry lights. The higher LUX value can help strawberries grow better, so we sent a lot of details to the customer for confirmation;

Next, the customer confirmed the order quantity, 2 sets of tower systems and 1 set of multi-layer NFT systems, but the size of the multi-layer NFT system did not match the size required by the customer, so we provided the customer with a customized product and gave a price; the customer has always emphasized that this is just a test product. The customer's ultimate idea is to do an indoor hydroponic project in his own restaurant, so the customer has high requirements for product quality and LED light quality. The customer has no doubts about the product price, but only has requirements for product quality. So we checked the freight for the customer. After checking the freight, the customer asked for a formal invoice and then confirmed the order.

3. After payment, we will make a delivery note based on the content communicated with the customer, and the factory will start production. After production is completed, we will send pictures and videos to the customer for confirmation. After confirmation, the customer will be loaded and shipped, and we will provide after-sales installation guidance, etc.

The customer is from Oman, and is developing a greenhouse project in the local area to provide an organic vegetable supply chain and provide fresh organic hydroponic lettuce to local supermarkets. The customer currently wants to expand the scale of his project to meet the growing customer demand and increase revenue.
