We introduced our company's strength and company products. After understanding, we found that the customer has his own website, selling many products related to hydroponics, and is very strong. We introduced our flagship product-4P6 hydroponic tower, which is most suitable for resale and only has one package. The customer said he wanted 4 sets of 4P6 towers, 2 sets with lights and 2 sets without lights for testing. After the customer purchased it, it was transported to the Chinese freight forwarder. In July, I received feedback from the customer, saying that he was very satisfied and sent me pictures after the installation, as shown in the picture. And he said will order more.

The customer is from the UAE and consulted about hydroponic trays on Alibaba.

The customer has a farm and wants to grow hydroponic fodder to feed animals. The UAE has hot weather and is a water-scarce country, so the land planting effect is not good. The customer wants to grow the fodder grass hydroponically. This method can greatly reduce water consumption and has a fast growth cycle. According to the customer's requirements, we provided 100 hydroponic trays, and the customer will design the planting racks and water irrigation by himself. The trays have been shipped and we look forward customer to receiving them as soon as possible.

On April 23rd, 2024, customers from the United States came to visit our hydroponics factory, and discussed and exchanged ideas about the hydroponics system with related personnel, and finally took a group photo.

A Dutch customer visited our company yesterday, aiming to discuss the cooperation of hydroponic tower system farm projects in the Middle East. This customer is an important partner of our company who has already made a deal, and this visit is aimed at further discussing how to cooperate together and work together to build modern hydroponic greenhouse hydroponic tower system farms in Iraq, Dubai and other places.

 

 

On February 15 this year, a Saudi dealer customer inquired about hydroponic products on our website. He first indicated that he had a store that could retail our hydroponic products, but he said that hydroponics is a new industry for him, and we may need to give him some product sales suggestions and planting guidance in the early stage.

As our best-selling styles, 4P6 and 6P10 towers are also star products in the hydroponic planting industry and retail, so we recommended 4P6 towers with lights and 6P10 towers with lights to our customers. It has 24 and 60 planting holes respectively. 4P6 towers are mainly suitable for home planting customers, and 6P10 towers are mainly suitable for indoor projects, and our towers are a complete irrigation, timing, and lighting control system, which are also particularly easy for customers to show to their customers, which can also greatly attract the attention of terminals customer’s interest.

We sent the customer some planting feedback pictures, and the customer finally ordered 5 sets of 4P6 and 3 sets of 6P10 towers with lights. Considering that the customer's main business purpose is distribution, we asked the customer if he was interested in helping him design the logo. Finally, we designed the customer's company logo and pasted it on the tower. The customer was very satisfied and grateful after seeing the effect.
