In view of the characteristics of growing crops, our 12p tower is very suitable for growing high-density small vegetables, while our 6p model tower is very suitable for growing most vegetables that can meet daily needs. Therefore, the customer purchased two sets of 12p20 and one set of 6p10, both with LED growth lights to facilitate planting and testing in indoor environments.

The customer has now received his hydroponic tower and has the idea of growing celery and coriander. At the same time, he asked many more professional questions for his later projects, such as whether the lux value of the light can meet the growth light needs of individual crops, and unified control of automatic irrigation and dosing. The temperature and humidity of the container or greenhouse, ECPH, etc. can be controlled remotely and through sensors. When we first contacted the customer, he is interested in our hydroponic tower and wanted to know more details and price information. The customer is a customer from Belgium, so he hopes to not only sell hydroponic equipment in the Japanese market, but also hope to enter the European market at the same time. After half a year of consideration and investigation, the customer finally decided to purchase hydroponic towers for testing at both his addresses in Belgium and Japan out of trust in the product quality and price matching.
Now that customers have received our hydroponic tower products, we look forward to customer feedback and further business cooperation plans. The 6p8+12p4 chosen by the customer is our new hydroponic tower. These include 4 high-density towers that can be used to raise seedlings and grow small leafy greens. And the 8-story standard tower is suitable for growing a variety of different vegetable varieties and can meet the needs of family planting. So it has an advantage in the distribution market.

In May 2024, a distributor from Kuwait received our email and replied to express interest in developing customers in the Middle East in our Xiaoman software. We introduced our company's strength and company products. After understanding, we found that the customer has his own website, selling many products related to hydroponics, and is very strong. We introduced our flagship product-4P6 hydroponic tower, which is most suitable for resale and only has one package. The customer said he wanted 4 sets of 4P6 towers, 2 sets with lights and 2 sets without lights for testing. After the customer purchased it, it was transported to the Chinese freight forwarder. In July, I received feedback from the customer, saying that he was very satisfied and sent me pictures after the installation, as shown in the picture. And he said will order more.
