Global tillverkare av skräddarsydda hydroponiska system och nyckelfärdiga kommersiella jordbruksprojekt
In hot and arid environments, water scarcity has become a key challenge for many farms. A client from Oman, who operates a large-scale farm and fish ponds, has been relying on traditional soil-based cultivation to grow tomatoes, cucumbers, and various vegetables. However, limitations in water efficiency and growing stability led him to explore hydroponic systems as a new solution.
Based on the Middle East climate conditions and the client’s existing farming structure, we recommended the 6P10 vertical hydroponic tower system. This system features a multi-layer vertical design, allowing up to 60 plants to grow within approximately 1 square meter. By extending the growing space upward, it significantly increases planting density and productivity per unit area. For farm applications, this type of hydroponic tower can be used as an independent growing unit or integrated with existing farming methods for a gradual transition to more efficient agriculture.
In hot and dry climates, the advantages of hydroponic systems become even more evident. The recirculating irrigation system continuously reuses nutrient solution, saving up to 90% of water compared to traditional farming. It also helps prevent common soil-related issues such as salinization and diseases, providing a more stable growing environment. The hydroponic tower is suitable for growing tomatoes, cucumbers, leafy greens, and herbs, offering strong adaptability and scalability for different crop needs.
To move the project forward, the client decided to start with a sample system, using real cultivation to evaluate performance and gain hands-on experience. This approach reduces initial investment risk while providing reliable data for future expansion. Once the results meet expectations, the client plans to scale up and gradually integrate hydroponic systems into the existing farm.
