NFT Hydroponic System for Greenhouse Farming in South Korea

As the demand for healthy eating and fresh vegetables increases, more and more greenhouse projects are using hydroponics. in the summer of 2025, we were approached by a customer from South Korea who was planning to build an efficient and sustainable hydroponics system in his greenhouse.

Unlike the average customer who purchases a complete hydroponics system directly, this customer, who has extensive experience in greenhouse design, had already completed the overall design and only needed us to provide the appropriate NFT system tubing and ancillary products.

In the whole project from seedling, to planting, to harvesting, to the whole greenhouse needs every part, the customer designed and completed by themselves. In the seedling stage, the EBB and Flow Table seedling system was used to ensure that the seeds could germinate quickly and healthily, and in the planting stage, the NFT hydroponic system was chosen to keep the root system of the vegetables in a nutrient-balanced growing environment all the time to ensure stable growth.

So the customer first ordered some samples of NFT tubes for testing the quality and structural design. After receiving the products, the customer was very satisfied with the sturdiness, corrosion resistance and water flow uniformity of our NFT pipe material, and confirmed that it could meet the long-term use of his greenhouse. Before shipment, the customer specially came to our factory for inspection. He was very satisfied with the production process, product quality and shipment details of our hydroponic products!
