Global Manufacturer of Custom Hydroponic Systems & Turnkey Commercial Farming Projects
As more growers focus on efficient and water-saving agricultural technologies, hydroponic tower systems are becoming increasingly popular for home gardening, small farms, and commercial vegetable production projects. Recently, a customer from Lebanon purchased two different hydroponic tower models to evaluate their performance across various crop types and growing requirements.
Lebanon experiences hot and dry weather conditions for nearly half of the year, with high summer temperatures in many regions. Traditional soil cultivation is often affected by seasonal changes, water availability, and unpredictable weather conditions. To create a more stable and controllable growing environment, the customer decided to explore hydroponic farming technology.
For this trial project, the customer selected both the 6P10 hydroponic tower system and the 12P15 high-density hydroponic tower system for growing microgreens, leafy vegetables, and fresh produce. Both systems feature a vertical hydroponic design and an automatic recirculating water system that continuously supplies water, nutrients, and oxygen to plant roots while reducing labor requirements and improving growing efficiency.
The 6P10 hydroponic tower offers a more spacious planting layout, making it ideal for lettuce, spinach, kale, basil, mint, and other leafy greens and herbs. The larger growing space supports healthy plant development while simplifying harvesting and routine maintenance.The 12P15 hydroponic tower is designed for high-density production, providing significantly more planting sites within the same footprint. This model is particularly suitable for microgreens and commercial growers seeking higher production capacity and improved space utilization.
Under Lebanon’s hot climate conditions, both hydroponic tower systems provide a consistent supply of water and nutrients, helping plants maintain stable growth even during periods of high temperatures. Unlike traditional soil farming, which can suffer from rapid moisture loss during hot weather, hydroponic growing systems create a more controlled environment that supports healthier crop development.
The vertical farming design also reduces dependence on arable land while maximizing production in limited spaces. This flexibility allows growers to continue producing fresh vegetables throughout the year with less impact from seasonal weather fluctuations.
After a period of operation and crop testing, both hydroponic tower systems demonstrated excellent stability and performance. Germination rates were uniform, crop growth was consistent, and overall production results met the customer's expectations.
Compared with traditional farming methods, the hydroponic tower systems significantly reduced water consumption while minimizing weather-related risks. The customer concluded that the 6P10 and 12P15 hydroponic towers each serve different growing objectives, and together they provide a flexible and scalable solution for sustainable vegetable production and modern hydroponic farming.
