In September 2025, an Australia customer contacted us via our company website after conducting searches and comparing multiple brands, inquiring about hydroponic tower systems. During initial discussions, we learned the customer planned to conduct commercial farming trials independently for a period to gain hands-on growing experience and technical expertise. Once stable growth results were achieved, he intended to promote and resell the hydroponic tower systems locally.
Based on the client's requirements, we recommended several product models suitable for commercial farming and resale, including both lighted and non-lighted versions of the 6P10 hydroponic tower system. This equipment features a compact design and easy installation, making it suitable for diverse indoor and outdoor environments. It supports multi-tier cultivation of various crops such as lettuce, strawberries, and herbs.
The client expressed high satisfaction with our product design, material quality, and after-sales support. He ultimately decided to order several sample units of both the lighted and non-lighted versions for trial cultivation and display purposes. Production and shipment of this order are currently underway. The client plans to conduct cultivation demonstrations and market promotion activities in Australia to lay the groundwork for subsequent bulk sales.
