Hydroponic NFT system for growing vegetables in a Poland greenhouse

This Poland customer owns a Venlo-style greenhouse, plans to grow bean sprouts, and asked us for configuration options for hydroponic NFT system piping and racking. We have three types of hydroponic NFT systems: the Flat Tile NFT system, the A-type NFT system and the Multi-Tier NFT system. Based on the customer's growing needs, we recommended the Flat Tile NFT system, a structure that is suitable for large commercial intensive grows and is relatively simple to install and maintain. The customer finally chose NFT tubes with hole spacing of 10cm and size of 10*50mm, with a total demand of 7000 meters.

We confirmed the exact dimensions of the greenhouse with the client and provided a system layout drawing based on the greenhouse structure to ensure that the pipes were laid properly to maximize the use of the growing space. Poland's overall mild climate allows for year-round greenhouse cultivation. Bean curd requires high water flow and oxygen, and the lay-flat NFT hydroponics system allows for even circulation of water flow and an adequate supply of oxygen to the roots, which is conducive to rapid growth and quality enhancement.
