Hydroponic Greenhouse Project by Regular Client in Germany with NFT System

Our long-standing German client plans to formally upgrade from home hydroponic cultivation to a commercial-scale greenhouse hydroponics project. Having previously attempted to build his own hydroponic system, the client possesses solid experience with the operational model and maintenance processes of nutrient film technique (NFT). Therefore, when preparing to scale up production, he selected a more professional, durable, and standardizable NFT hydroponic system.

Given the client's capability to construct greenhouse structures and primary irrigation systems independently, their current requirement is solely for high-quality, long-lasting NFT growing tubes capable of withstanding continuous, high-frequency circulation. After clarifying their commercial needs, the client decided to procure 200 NFT-specific growing tubes along with a complete set of matching accessories from us.

Our NFT pipes are manufactured from food-grade materials, offering stable construction, robust durability, and resistance to deformation. They are designed to withstand the long-term operational demands of Germany's greenhouse environments and high-humidity grows. Additionally, their fluidic structure ensures the nutrient solution forms a stable film layer, enabling vegetable roots to simultaneously absorb water, nutrients, and ample oxygen for rapid, uniform growth. After receiving the goods and completing full installation, the client successfully transplanted pre-prepared lettuce and various leafy vegetable seedlings into the NFT pipes. Currently, the NFT system operates smoothly with uniform nutrient solution circulation. Leafy vegetable root systems are developing rapidly, and overall growth is highly promising!

The client also highlighted the NFT system's water-saving efficiency and ease of maintenance. Its suitability for greenhouse layouts and vertically flexible design will support future expansion plans.
