6P7 Hydroponic Tower Expansion in Philippines Greenhouse

This buyer from the Philippines decided to expand his greenhouse operation after long-term use of our ZIP hydroponic system, with positive feedback on build quality, system stability, and crop growth results.

The customer has been running the ZIP system in a greenhouse environment and experienced consistent plant growth under the local tropical climate, which is typically hot, humid, and affected by irregular rainfall. Compared with traditional soil cultivation, greenhouse hydroponic growing allows more stable control of nutrient solution, irrigation cycles, and root-zone conditions, reducing disease pressure and climate-related fluctuations. To further improve space utilization and increase planting density, the customer decided to add vertical hydroponic towers to the existing greenhouse setup.

We recommended the 6P7 hydroponic tower system for this expansion. The 6P7 tower is manufactured with one-piece injection molding and made from food-grade PP plastic, offering strong structural stability and long-term durability in high-humidity greenhouse environments. Each hydroponic tower provides 42 planting sites, enabling high-density vertical farming within a compact footprint. The vertical hydroponic design helps maximize greenhouse space utilization while supporting leafy greens, herbs, and other short-cycle crops.

After reviewing real planting feedback and project references, the customer placed an order for two sets of 6P7 hydroponic towers with LED grow lights for initial testing. This trial phase allows the customer to compare vertical hydroponic towers with the existing ZIP system in terms of yield, management efficiency, and crop performance. Based on the results, he plans to continue repeat purchases and gradually scale up his commercial hydroponic greenhouse project.
