Commercial Farming in Brazil Starts with the 12P20 Vertical hydroponic tower System

A farming company client in Brazil has been selling different types of growing systems for a long time. With the focus on green food, the client decided to try hydroponics to grow vegetables and explore the feasibility of growing vegetables in a limited space. The customer did not have any prior experience with the hydroponic system and wanted to start with small-scale cultivation and gradually expand to commercial farm production for prudent reasons.

The customer showed great interest in the 12P20 Garden Vertical Hydroponic Tower System. This hydroponic system is a high planting density type of hydroponic tower, compact structure, small footprint, a set of hydroponic tower can grow up to 240 green leafy vegetables, for lettuce, kale, spinach, herbs and other crops, can be used for indoor gardening, but also can be flexibly set up in outdoor balcony, rooftop or greenhouse environment.

With Brazil's hot and humid climate, traditional soil farming presents certain challenges in terms of resource consumption, pest management, while the 12P20 adopts a closed-loop recirculating hydroponics system with a tower made of food-grade PP material, which not only saves irrigation water, but also avoids soil contamination and improves the stability of the overall vegetable output.

The customer eventually purchased a set of 12P20 hydroponic towers for planting tests as the first step in a commercial vegetable growing program.
